Do you have any comments?
Just wanted to let you know that Red Bugs is now a grand bench champion and I know of at least 3 wins in PP Open Class. She can flat nail that line and has patience and focus on the rabbit. Jerry Aikens now owns her and has for awhile. It has been awhile since the testimonial you have by me about Bugs was put on your site but she is getting it done! Wayne (Wilkerson Boys Kennel)
The following is an email that I received on 6-10-03 from Wayne Wilkerson of McDonough, Ga.,
who runs in ARHA Progressive Pack Field Trials and is an experienced beagler.
I sold him two pups, from a litter out of my Misty dog and Lt's Red Lighting, early last year.
One of them was a dark bluetick male named Max and the other was a brown redtick female
named Bugs. I wrote to him to let him know about a couple of litters that I am expecting in
August. He, apparently misunderstand and referred to having already seen my latest
litter on my website.
Thanks for the email Don,
I have already been there and seen them. They are nice looking pups. I will let folks know that are
looking for good "uns". I have plenty of hounds at this time even though those littermate sisters made
my mouth water when I saw them a week or two ago. Beautiful pups. Red Bugs is doing great! She is a
rabbit dog. She is not too fast though not a slow poke either and she is solid line control. (Coming from me
that means just what I said) She is getting better and better and is one of my top dogs. She doesn't run "off"
game. She may be close to my favorite.
Wayne
PS- My friend still has Max but doesn't run him enough although he is a super talented male. He is much
faster than Bugs but, I wouldn't trade her for 1/2 dozen Max's. She is almost the perfect dog that we look for.
Thanks again. Wayne

Your dog Wilkerson Boys Red Bugs now owned by Jerry Aikens of McDonough, GA was certified for Champion last week-end. Jerry
ran her local all year and did very well with her as she stayed near the top all the way. I judged her a few weeks ago in the winners pack
and she didn't leave anything for any other hound that day. She burns it up on the bench also. I think she will make it to the Hall of Fame
one day. I knew she was a good un from the word go. By the way since today is Christmas, Merry Christmas! Wayne Wilkerson -
